How do I order your product?
You can order from the website of the Chaga Represenative who shared our product with you. Simply go to their website and click on the Purchase Products in the top right corner. If you do not have a Chaga Represenative please e-mail Chaga Support at support@mychaga.com. Please make sure your e-mail browser is open when clicking on the support e-mail link.
What is the cost of Wildcrafted Siberian Chaga Extract?
Our Wildcrafted Siberian Chaga Extract is sold for $59.95 per bottle which is approximately a 30 day supply. Our Customer Autoship program saves you up to $5.00 per bottle and provides convenience. Chaga Members can buy our product at wholesale and also save up to $5.00 per bottle by enrolling in our convenient Autoship program.
How do I become a Chaga Member?
You can enroll on the website of the Chaga Represenative who shared our product and mssion with you. Simply go to their website and click on the Join Now in the top right corner. If you do not have a Chaga Represenative please e-mail Chaga Support at support@mychaga.com.
If you are a Customer who now wants to become a Member, then simply log in to your Merlin Customer Back Office and click on the link to Become a Member.

How is my annual Membership renewal processed?
The renewal is automatic. The system will charge the credit card on file $39.95 on your anniversary date. This process automatically allows you to maintain all the benefits of your Chaga Membership.
