Mr. Gould brings to Chaga International over 25 years of experience in Direct Sales, Network Marketing and corporate management. During his impressive career, he has had the opportunity to be involved in numerous start-up ventures, including several Network Marketing companies that went on to produce billions of dollars in sales.

Each of these entrepreneurial opportunities not only strengthened Mr. Gould's ability to effectively manage a viable and successful business, they presented him with the unique opportunity to see first-hand where Network Marketing companies have made mistakes, as well as what they did to succeed and prosper long term.

Part of Mr. Gould's experience was serving as President, overseeing the operations for a company that during his 6-year tenure, established itself as the fastest growing privately held company in America, listed #1 in INC Magazine, with an amazing industry record-setting sales growth rate of 35,000% over 5 years!  

Since his early twenties, Steve Gould has been passionate about both Nutritional Science and human development. With a strong conviction to the concept of preventative healthcare, Mr. Gould has been responsible for bringing a wide range of naturally sourced life-enhancing products to market including specialized, leading edge nutriceutical formulations that have made a difference in the lives of thousands of people.

Mr. Tidd brings 26 years of global business experience to his role as Chairman and Chief Operations Officer of Chaga International ranging from financial operations in high-volume transaction processing at Visa International to executive roles at Callidus Software.

Mr. Tidd served as VP Treasury at Visa International, the world's leading payment card services network, and was responsible for a variety of capital raising programs totaling over $900 million and also responsible for inter-bank settlement operations, short-term investments, foreign currency trading and procurement operations.

For several years, he has been active as an individual investor, managing a range of portfolio investments ranging from public securities to private equity investments and real estate investments, has lead fundraising efforts, raising $1 billion in investment capital.

Michael Tidd holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and completed the Executive Education program offered by Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Mr. Tidd also holds a Certified Public Accountant's license.
