For the past 30 years, Rich has owned and operated successful businesses.  Most of his entrepreneurial career has been in the construction management and general contracting fields.   Throughout his professional life, Rich has focused on always sharpening his sales and relationship skills, and understanding the essential elements of human behavior.  He has learned that recognizing and understanding people’s needs and helping them get what they want out of any given circumstance is the key to being successful in any endeavor.
